Marie Panday-Herbster joined forces with Barangay Pinsao officials to introduce and discuss
the PINSAO Project. This initiative is a pivotal component of the barangay’s ambitious three-
year sustainable development program, aimed at addressing pressing community challenges
and fostering long-term growth.
Understanding and responding to the needs of OSY is crucial, not just for the youth themselves, but also for the broader community
