A team from the University of Baguio, through the President, Prof. Dhanna Kerina Rodas, was tapped by the Assessment 
Curriculum and Technology Research Centre (ACTRC) of the University of the Philippines-Diliman, to serve as facilitators and documenters in a focus group discussion (FGD) with elementary school teachers, school principals/heads, and Division and Regional RPMS Coordinators. The FGD aimed to validate the results of the Learning, Equity and Accountability Program Support (LEAPS) Project of the ACTRC. The FGD was held at the Supreme Hotel on May 24, 2016.
The President coursed the activity through Dr. Teresita de Guzman, Head of the Special Programs Office. The Special Programs Office coordinated with the Research and Development Center in identifying the members of the FGD team. The team was composed of Dr. Jocelyn Alimondo, Mr. Brian Flores, and Rhoda Galangco who served as facilitators. The documenters were Ms. Rizalyn Elegado, Ms. Rowena Severo, and Ms. Ronalyn Banaken. Mr. Oliver Celi documented the activity for the Research and Development Center.
