The Impact of Organizational Meetings

ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this descriptive study was to find out the impact of organizational meetings held in the University of Baguio. Faculty members and non-teaching personnel from various colleges and offices evaluated the meetings conducted by their respective superior using a questionnaire-checklist. The findings reveal that the procedures of a meeting are much practiced by the deans, subject heads and directors. The agenda of the meetings carried out by the three groups are perceived as much responsive and much implemented. In aforesaid areas of organizational meetings, the deans are rated the highest. The faculty members under the subject heads had the least concerns regarding the meetings. The top concern of the respondents is that meetings are very frequent. Conclusively, the organizational meetings held in the University of Baguio create an impact to the faculty members and non-teaching personnel at a certain extent.
