ABSTRACT

This study generally assessed the level of satisfaction of University of Baguio clienteles; specifically, students and their family or friends regarding the three-day process in obtaining a Good Moral Character (GMC) certificate. It was conducted through purposive sampling where 117 respondents answered the questionnaire. The results show that the clienteles were very satisfied with the (1) duration of processing and release; (2) accuracy of information; (3) availability of signatories; and (4) CCSD staffs’ attitude towards the clients. The positive feedback from the clients show that the policy on the three-day processing of the GMC takes into account accurate and prompt delivery of requested documents and at the same time compliance to the step-by-step procedures established to facilitate the smooth flow of the transactions in the Center for Counseling and Student Development.
