ABSTRACT

This study is undertaken for the Accountancy teachers to discover their strengths and weaknesses in teaching and to come up with recommendations for further improvement of the Accountancy program. Questionnaires were floated to 130 students during the first semester of school year 2005-2006.  Findings of the study show that the teaching behavior variable Speech is the main strength of the Accountancy teachers, as perceived by their students.  On the other hand, Disclosure is seemingly the variable the Accountancy teachers are perceived to fall short in.
