ABSTRACT

Higher-education students are progressively demanding more flexible learning beyond the on-campus/online distinctions due to the complexities of overall growth. As a result, the study’s goal has been to contribute to school effectiveness and student satisfaction on a flexible learning approach. 107 SBAA students participated in this study. Results revealed that the tangible service quality dimension had been seen as the most satisfactory dimension, and the reliability service quality dimension has been seen as the least satisfactory among the SBAA students of the University. There are significant differences in how reliability dimensions are being seen by students in the SBAA department based on their course. Such differences might have occurred due to their nature and the frequency of the service they have utilized. Such factors might have contributed to why students react differently.
